性質上そーなるわなぁ。けど既存システムの経年劣化によるリプレスでオープンシステムを採用せざるをえないところもあるだろうし、
コンビニATMに全銀専用線(そもそもアレは全銀じゃない通信方式でやってたはず)を引いてるわきゃねーことも考えると既存のTCP/IP網の上に全銀のVPNが乗っかってると推測するのが妥当なトコやね。
すごい工数かけて作ってるだろうし、情報の内容考えるに、そのVPNの仕組みを公開されたとしても、スクリプトキディ程度ではどうにもならんと思う。
